What is your refund policy?

We refund the full amount on a damaged or incorrect item within 14 days after the customer received the item. Items must be returned to us free returned shipping.  You must contact us so that we can email or if you can't print, mail a shipping label to you so that you don't have to pay for return shipping.

 

Why was I sent a code if I have an account?

Our payment processor requires this method as an extra security measure for your account information.

 

Why did it take so long for my items to get to me?

We ship from warehouses all over the world, depending on where your items shipped from it can take anywhere from 2 to 30 days to get to you. All shipments are tracked and that information is emailed or texted to you.

 

Why did I receive separate packages? 

Your order contained items that came from different warehouses. We have warehouses all over the world that ship our items.

 

Who has my credit card info?

Aurora Jewel's secure payment processor uses your credit card information for your order. If you elect to have an account with us our processor also holds that information with the latest security measures.
